WECO Fund, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization that provides foreclosure prevention counseling. As a HUD-approved counseling agency, we can assist you with a variety of services. We are part of the HomeFree-USA Network of 80 affiliates providing homeownership advice and assistance to 160,000 families nationwide each year.

Clients must agree to participate in confidential financial counseling, sign release of information forms, provide documentation as requested, follow action plans as established in counseling sessions and assist in obtaining resolution with lenders.
